We build the revenue engine we wish we had

From an outbound powerhouse to a complete 360° growth agency

We didn't start as a full-service marketing agency. We started in the trenches.

Meeting Secured was originally built as a pure, specialised appointment-setting firm. Our sole focus was outbound: hitting the phones, sending the emails, and booking meetings for B2B businesses. And we were very good at it. Outbound is, and always will be, a core pillar of our DNA.

But as we booked hundreds of meetings for our clients, we noticed a massive problem. We could run the perfect cold outreach campaign, but if the client had a terrible website, confusing messaging, or zero search presence, the prospect would Google them, lose trust, and cancel the meeting. We realised that doing just outbound wasn't enough anymore. To actually help our clients close deals, we needed to control the entire journey.

So, we evolved. We brought premium Creative design and high-intent Inbound marketing directly into our agency, wrapping them around our core Outbound engine. Today, Meeting Secured doesn't just book meetings - we build the complete visual, search, and sales infrastructure you need to dominate your sector.

Meeting-Secured: Our Vision, Mission, and Values

Our vision

Where are we going?

We want Meeting Secured to be the ultimate training ground for sales. Even if our team members eventually move on, they will look back at us as the place that shaped their careers. Above all, we want to be known for our relentless commitment to our clients: doing whatever it takes to help them reach their goals, earn their trust, and win their referrals.

We are building a close-knit team of 15 to 20 sales experts who take massive pride in their work and the results they deliver. Our goal is to have clients who feel we have truly transformed—or even saved—their businesses.

Our mission

What do we do every day?

We help business-to-business (B2B) companies book valuable meetings with their dream prospects.

We do this by truly understanding how their business works and reaching out to people with genuine care and respect, cutting through the noise of modern sales.

Our values (How we behave)

Dig deeper

(Curiosity & critical thinking)

What this looks like

Think of a child who constantly asks, "Why is the sky blue?" We look for that same endless curiosity in a grown-up mind. When we speak to a client, we are always thinking about the next helpful question (who, what, where, when, and how). But curiosity alone is not enough. A true Meeting Secured team member takes what they learn and immediately figures out the best way to use that information to help the client.

The counter-example

Relying on basic templates or stopping at the first answer because "that is how it has always been done."

Solve for the human

(Empathy & problem-finding)

What this looks like

We know that a buyer will never let a salesperson help them unless they feel an emotional connection. We must show our clients that we understand what it is like to walk in their shoes -and that we feel the pinch when those shoes do not fit. We are not just trying to sell; we are problem-finders. Like a mechanic looking under the bonnet of a car, or a doctor studying an MRI, we are happiest when we have found the root of a problem and can use our skills to fix it.

The counter-example

Treating people as "leads" to be pushed through a system, rather than human beings with busy schedules and real pressures.

Master the craft

(Deliberate learning & coachability)

What this looks like

Just as artists see details and combinations that other people miss, our team members look at challenges creatively. We develop a special skill for finding different ways to reach goals, handle objections, lower risks, and get past roadblocks. We are always learning, practising, and asking for feedback to improve our skills.

The counter-example

Getting defensive when work is checked, or acting like there is nothing left to learn about sales.

Own the outcome

(Leadership & Business Acumen)

What this looks like

We connect our daily tasks directly to our client's success. If a strategy is not working, we do not wait to be told what to do; we take the lead, read the market, and suggest a new plan.

The counter-example

Saying, "I sent the emails, it is not my fault they didn't reply," instead of changing the plan to get a better result.
